Overview

Once you have read your Strategic Vision, you must now face the challenge of moving it into action. Implementation and Execution – without these, the vision is just a dream (well articulated and measurable as it may now be).

As a prerequisite step, your business should have already “rolled out” the vision. Consider: How does your job contribute to the SV? How is your daily work helping or hurting the accomplishment of the SV? This course is designed to guide the creation or refinement of Anchor Activities and to provide clarity on creating the best metrics for how to track performance. With this system in place you will be empowered to do your best work and that means your organization will increase in effectiveness and process equity as everyone on the team helps make the vision a reality.

Objective: Create a clear understanding of what Anchor Activities are and how to track them so that team members at all levels can assist in the rebuilding/redesign of the facility workflow and improve their work experience and skill.
